Front doors, back doors, screen doors, sliding doors and deadlocks. Entry is by pick or bypass wherever the lock allows, which means the lock still works when we leave and you are not paying for new hardware you did not need.
Opened with proper tools rather than anything forced down the window seal. If the keys are lost rather than locked in, we cut and program a replacement beside the car for most makes on the road.
A new key cut to the lock on site, or the barrel rekeyed so the missing key stops working anywhere. If the lost key had anything on it identifying the address, rekey — every time, without debate.
Doors, frames, strikers and jambs put back together and made secure the same night. Boarding up is a last resort, not the default, and we photograph what was damaged for your insurer.
Deadbolts and deadlatches fitted to AS 4145, keyed alike so one key runs the house, and restricted profiles if you want keys that cannot be copied at a hardware counter.
Tenancy changeovers, master key plans for blocks, restricted key systems and safes opened, serviced or recombinated. Invoiced to the agency with photos of what was fitted.

It depends on the lock, the hour and the distance, so you get a figure on the phone before anyone leaves. If the job turns out to be different from what you described, we stop and tell you rather than adjusting the invoice later.
Whether the lock survives
Almost always. Picks and bypasses come first. Drilling is for locks already seized or broken, and it never happens without you hearing the price and agreeing to it first.
How we know it is your door
We ask for something that ties you to the address — a licence, a lease, a rates notice. It takes half a minute, and it is exactly what stops anyone else paying us to open your door.
After-hours pricing
Nights, weekends and public holidays cost more than a weekday afternoon, the same as any locksmith. The difference is that the number you are quoted already includes it.
